There’s a reason why many people avoid talking about God: we’ve tangled them up, leading them to believe they have to have lots of knowledge, education and ability in order to qualify. That’s rubbish. Plus, Christian commentary, while often scholarly, just as often turns angry, harsh and ugly, turning us off to the whole thing.
