God Through The Peephole

If God knocked on your door and you could see Him through the peephole, what would be the expression on His face?

Your answer might reveal what you think His opinion is of you. I'll follow-up with this in a day or two.

Disappointment, disapproval, embarrassment. yes, I "know better" but that is my honest and immediate response to the question...at least for tonight :-/

I hope that I would know it was GOD, but the brilliant light would probably blind me.

The door was unlocked, why didn't you just come in? It is your home after all!

I've never had any direct encounters with God, not in the sense of Him miraculously revealing Himself through a natural-law-defying miracle, voice, or vision, so I can't picture it. I can't picture His FACE much less his expression. It would be easier for me to imagine the Easter bunny on my front stoop. The weird thing is though, when I draw or paint Him I think He comes out looking pretty accurate. That is MY God and MY Jesus at any rate. Not sure how He looks to others.

  21. His face is always full of delight and love and anticipation. He thinks He's your answer, not your problem! He has removed everything that stood against you, and I suspect He'd be nearly breaking down the door in anticipation.
